Projects:
Gold Country Retirement Community remodel, Placerville Ca. Done for Retirement Housing
Foundation (RHF) 3.5m, 150 unit facility. The project consisted of Complete roof resurface,
complete stucco resurfacing, new fencing, complete deck rebuild, performance stage rebuild,
new concrete overhead walkway, complete window and door replacement, new rain gutter
system, extensive wood rot repairs, side walk replacement, cabinet installation, sheet rock
repairs’, Gazebo construction, new exterior lighting, and various side work done with the
maintenance crew. This was a 1 ½ year project done with Multiple subcontractors and a crew
of my employees.
Custom Home: Island of Kauai, Hawaii: New Construction of a residence for a retiring Eye
Surgeon. Notable aspects of the job were: Logistics of the materials used, materials came
from, the US Mainland, China, Brazil, and the other islands of Hawaii. The project was 9
months, 1.8m, and done as a Project Manager under an owner builder permit.
Sediment Structures: Manti, Utah: The project consisted of two concrete settling ponds done
for the local irrigation company, built for cleaning silt out of the water. The structures were
triangular in shape with 45 degree slopping walls of concrete, with release gates at one end. I
was working for the company as a Construction Manager/estimator. The Project required a
Bond because it was government funded. 1.3m
Water Main: Riverton, Utah: Community development project for the city. This project
consisted of additional water lines to increase water capacity for new subdivisions as the city
expanded. I worked as a Construction Manager on this project. Additional Irrigation lines
(non-potable) were ran at the same time, to complete the infrastructure of the subdivision.

Sprung Instant Structure: Salt Lake City, Utah. 2002 Olympics, Temporary Venue Structure.
This was a relatively small project but a fun project to mention. It was done for Sprint PCS on
the Mountain at one of the Ski resorts, during the 2002 Winter Olympics. The project was
done in the heavy snow fall, and very time sensitive.
Salt Wash Facility: Great Salt Lake Mineral (GSL) Company, on the Great Salt Lake, in Utah.
The Project consisted of building a New Facility to replace the old one, creating a 1600 foot
rail system for a double wing stacker, dirt work for trucking ramps, timbers to create wood
hoppers, Stainless Steel Hoppers, crusher units, water diversion and aqueducts, rail way
loading system, Stainless Steel Wash Tubes, sand blasting, and two part Epoxy Painting. Salt
Wash Refinery and Infrastructure. Modification of the Train Rail System, and Permitting. I
worked on this project as a Consultant, Overseeing the general contractor, and sub
contractors that were used, acting in the capacity of an owner’s representative. The cost of
the project was 3.6m
